For China visas, passports, and authenticated documents. If you can't make it back to the Consulate window, we'll pick up for you and ship it to your door.
Pickup is available from any Chinese Consulate or Embassy in the US. If you applied for a Chinese visa, passport, or document authentication at a Chinese Consulate or Embassy and aren't able to pick it up yourself, we can collect your passport or document and send it to your address as soon as possible. To get started, follow the steps below.
You'll need your original pickup receipt from the Chinese Consulate. Please make a copy for your own record before sending anything.
Specify your return address by submitting the pickup Service Request form online, and include your email address so we can send you confirmation and shipping status updates throughout the process.

We accept payment by credit card online. Please note that a 3.6% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
Email a copy of the pickup receipt, including your SR number and any special requests, to service@visarite.net. We'll email you an invoice based on the pickup receipt, and upon receipt of your payment we'll send detailed shipping instructions for the original receipt.
