Email us your Service Request confirmation number along with the relevant materials. We'll review everything in detail, advise you of any changes or corrections needed, and guide you on how to comply with government requirements.
Once your application passes pre-check, we'll email you detailed shipping instructions. Please ship your package to us using a traceable service such as FedEx, UPS, or Express Post.
After we receive your package and verify your documents, we'll notify you by email that they're being processed.
Your application form, passport, and supporting documents are hand-delivered to the respective Passport Agency or Consulate for processing as soon as possible. Rush and Express applications receive top priority.
