Terms & Conditions

By sending or delivering your passport(s), application(s), or other document(s) to VisaRite Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Visa fees and requirements — including but not limited to consular fees, shipping fees, and the application forms and documentation required for visa issuance — are subject to change without notice.
2. A visa is permission to enter a different country. A visa is a privilege, not a right. VisaRite is your service agent; VisaRite does not make the decision to grant or deny a visa.
3. An application may only be withdrawn before we submit your paperwork to the Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State for processing (please check status online first). The service fee is non-refundable once processing has started, and all fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State.
4. Processing times quoted by VisaRite are approximations based on our experience with the Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State under normal circumstances. They are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day after documents are submitted to the Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State.
5. The Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State may request additional documents and may delay or deny processing at their discretion, without further explanation. VisaRite is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or financial or other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion of them will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
6. The decision to grant a visa — including the visa type, length of stay, and number of entries — lies entirely with the Consulate. The Consulate may grant a visa with less than what you requested. No refund of any fees is possible once a visa has been issued.
7. Completed visas and passports are normally returned by Federal Express, UPS, or another courier service, and are subject to those companies' conditions of shipment. VisaRite is not liable, under any circumstance, to compensate you for loss, damage, or delay of travel documents, or any other failure of performance by a third-party delivery company such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
8. By submitting an order to VisaRite, you agree that VisaRite will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for the loss, damage, or delayed return of your passport and documents by the Consulate or Passport Agency, nor be liable for their failure to issue requested documents on time or at all.
9. VisaRite is not liable for any damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — in excess of the VisaRite service fees paid by the customer for the processing in question.
10. VisaRite is not liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist activity, military action, acts of God, or the acts of any other third party.
11. VisaRite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline to handle any application or carry any item at any time, without needing to give a reason.
12. VisaRite makes reasonable efforts to describe all services accurately on this website. However, VisaRite does not warrant that all statements, definitions, and descriptions are fully current, complete, accurate, or error-free. The Embassy, Consulate, or Department of State frequently changes its requirements and fees without prior warning, and such changes can take effect immediately. Should any description of service or information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold VisaRite harmless.
13. By engaging VisaRite, you agree that your sole remedy against VisaRite for damages in connection with any claim, cause of action, liability, or damages of any kind shall not, under any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the service fees paid. Consequential damages are not covered. Refund requests and documentation of direct costs must be submitted to VisaRite within 90 days of the occurrence giving rise to the claim.
